Appointment Policy
To ensure I can provide the best possible service to all my clients, I kindly ask you to adhere to the following appointment policy:
Cancellations:
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows me to adjust my schedule and fill the appointment slot for another client.
- Hair color appointments require 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling. After one reschedule, I may require a non-refundable deposit to secure future appointments.
- In case of late cancellation (less than 24 hours for regular appointments, 48 hours for hair color), a cancellation fee of “half of service cost” will be applied. However, I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and I will make accommodations for extreme cases at my discretion.
- NO SHOW – if you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. You agree to this upon booking.
- Same day cancellations due to illness – you will be charged a for a late cancellation – please contact 24 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee. 48 hours for all color services is required.
- If you cancel your appointment last minute due to illness…I will not reschedule you for at least 10 days (I can’t risk getting sick..
- New Client Late Cancellations – my cancellation policy will be upheld no matter what the case.
- Clients with a history of frequent last-minute cancellations, reschedules, late arrivals, or missed appointments may not be able to book future appointments.
Late Arrivals:
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please text me as soon as possible.
- Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, and a cancellation fee / no show fee will be applied.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late you have missed your appointment
Early Arrivals:
- To respect my schedule and the privacy of other clients, please arrive no more than 10 minutes early. You can feel free to text me to see if I’m running ahead of schedule and can accommodate an early arrival.
Respectful Conduct:
- I prioritize a professional and comfortable environment for my clients. Please refrain from arriving sick. If you are unwell, please kindly reschedule your appointment to avoid spreading any illness.
- Please bring earbuds if you want to use sound on your device for videos etc…
- Do not bring your children to your appointment.
- No additional guest. My space is small.
- No dogs or pets allowed in salon.
- Don’t come in sick. If you do I will never do your hair again. Respect.
Rescheduling Due to Illness:
- I understand that you may need to reschedule due to illness. However, to protect myself and other clients, please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance

NO REFUNDS FOR SERVICES
Please contact business within 7 days of your appointment if you would like any adjustments made to your haircut.
Please wear your hair freshly washed & styled to your appointment so hair can be touched up dry- wash will not come with touch up.
I will be able accommodate an adjustment / touch up on my next available opening or earliest convenience. I do my best to accommodate people as soon as possible however I do work super long days and can’t always fit someone in immediately. Thank you!
