Cancellations & Late/Early Arrival Policy

I understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can arise that may cause you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, to ensure that I can continue to secure my income, provide timely & quality service to all of my clients, I have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation Policy: I require at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $75 ( accommodations may be made for extreme cases šŸ«¶šŸ» all new clients will be šŸ’Æ charged if cancellation is not made within 24 hours before scheduled appointment
  • Hair color appointments must be rescheduled 48 hours in advance. I will allow 1 reschedule. If you want to reschedule again I will require a non-refundable deposit for your service.
  • If you frequently cancel / reschedule last minute / always late or come in sick. I will no longer take your appointment request.
  • Late Policy: I understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur, but I cannot accommodate appointments if you’re more than 15 minutes late. Message me if you’re running late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service to a later time or date. A cancellation fee will be applied.
  • DONT COME IN SICK! If you feel under the weather at all or are just ā€œovercomingā€ any kind of thing. Reschedule. Reschedule day before to avoid appointment cancellation fee….please do this if you feel slightly sick! DONT BE RUDE!
  • I will only reschedule you 10 days after you cancel due to sickness. I cannot risk getting sick at all. I may require a deposit to secure your rescheduled appointment for color services
  • EARLY ARRIVAL – please don’t arrive more than 15 minutes early. Please don’t just show up way early. I recommend exploring the neighborhood / grab a coffee šŸ™ƒ BE MINDFUL that I may be with another guest who requires my full attention. I may be on my lunch break or haven’t arrived to the salon yet. So please come at your exact appointment time šŸ«¶šŸ» I keep a tight schedule, Im a Capricorn šŸ™ƒšŸ˜Ž you can also text me to see if I’m free early.

I ask that you please notify me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, so I can make any necessary adjustments to my schedule and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for services.
