Parking – Free Street Parking or Metered Lots may be available behind the building. I recommend parking in a place that is longer than two hours if you are getting hair color or treatment services so you don’t have to feed the meter. I do not recommend parking directly in front of the salon on Figueroa, because its only 1 hour parking.
Early / Late Arrival – TEXT ME/ VOICE MEMO –
I rarely am able to answer actual calls if I’m with a client or don’t have your number saved… Honestly now days, I get spam bot calls so if I don’t have your number..I won’t answer.

If you arrive early or running late with your ETA. Please do not be more than 15 minutes late. I will have to reschedule your appointment if you’re more than 15 minutes late. Often times I won’t be able to accommodate you & your appointment will be cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late. A late cancellation fee will be applied for missing your appointment.
