RESPECTS & Cancellation

I understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can arise that may cause you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, to ensure that I can continue to provide timely and quality service to all of my clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $75
  • Late Policy: We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur, but we cannot accommodate appointments that start more than 15 minutes late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service to a later time or date. A cancellation fee may be applied.
  • Don’t come in sick! If you feel under the weather at all or are just “overcoming” any kind of thing. Reschedule. Reschedule day before to avoid appointment cancellation fee.

I ask that you please notify me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, so I can make any necessary adjustments to my schedule and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for services.
